VCAC's vision is to be a worshipping, growing and loving community that reflects the beauty of Jesus Christ to transform our community and the world.

Our Care Ministry supports the vision to build a loving and caring community in and around our congregations. There are two ministries under our Care Ministry at present.

Our Stephen Ministry provides quality one-on-one Christian care through empowering the laity. The caring goal is to help the care receivers to discern any blockage in the conduits of God's grace and be able to hear and trust God more fully. It is a confidential ministry. Our PHP - People Helping People Ministry provides practical help to families or individuals in time of needs. Many meals are prepared and delivered to homes through an effective network of people with a heart to serve. Click on PHP to find out more.
